Which clubs from the UAE have joined the EWC partnership program?
In 2025, the Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) expanded its club partnership program, increasing the number of participants from 30 to 40 (NAVI, SPIRIT, NIGMA GALAXY, CLOUD9, FAZE CLAN, G2 ESPORTS, HEROIC, FNATIC, VITALITY, VIRTUSPRO, WEIBO GAMING, RRQ, SECRET, FURIA, ALL GAMERS, NIP and other).
The top eight clubs from the EWC 2024 championship received direct invitations, while the remaining spots were distributed through an open application process. Program participants receive six-figure base funding to support the development of their organizations in 2025 and to activate their brands, players, and fans during the Esports World Cup 2025.
Successful participation in the program allows clubs to apply for additional funding. To join the partnership program, clubs must demonstrate a high level of fan engagement and creativity, have experience competing at an elite level in multiple disciplines, and maintain a significant presence on social media with the potential to expand their global fan base. The application process was open from December 10, 2024, to January 10, 2025, and the final list of participants was announced in February 2025.
