— How did your team come together?

Death: We got together as friends, played a few games, and realized things were going really well. So we decided to keep playing with this roster and move to a more serious level.

— Did you expect a top-1 result in the BPL Season 9 closed finals?

BOTIARA: Honestly, probably not. We just played our own game without adapting too much to the map, and that helped us achieve a good result.

— How do you assess the current meta and the attempts to nerf shotguns? Would PUBG Mobile esports become more interesting if shotguns left the meta?

Kijrop: I think that despite the developers already fixing shotguns, they won’t leave the meta for at least the next two or three updates.

Death: The fact that shotguns are being nerfed is good. Esports will definitely become more interesting, but it’s unlikely that shotguns will completely leave the meta.

BOTIARA: I believe they will remain meta, but more players will switch to SMGs.

— How do you deal with misunderstandings and conflicts within the team?

Kijrop: Resolving conflicts is very difficult, but eventually we come to a common understanding that everyone needs to recognize their mistakes and listen to others. Still, we prioritize the opinion of our most experienced and strongest player — BOTIARA.

— Is it difficult to compete in local tournaments against PMSL champions and PMGC participants?

BOTIARA: Yes, of course it’s difficult. But if you put the nerves aside and just play your game with a cool head, without making silly mistakes, there’s every chance to achieve a strong result.

Kijrop: It’s very hard. You need great team coordination and fast decision-making. Even if the call was bad, you can get out of any situation — the most important thing is to believe.

— While improving and training, which organization or team would you like to join in the future?

Kijrop: I think it’s enough for our team to keep working and fixing our mistakes to reach our goals. Leaving our team wouldn’t make sense, and other teams or organizations don’t interest us.

Death: I’d like to join the organization Fidain — a well-known organization that we could help make this tag even more popular by joining it.

BOTIARA: I can’t single out one team or organization. The main thing is having good people who work on themselves and strive to become better.

— What aspects do you think influenced your victory in the BPL S9 finals? Kills, zone calls, or strong positions?

Kijrop: Everything comes down to zone and positioning. It wasn’t hard to get kills while holding good positions, but there weren’t that many of them. One of the main aspects is teamplay.

Death: I want to say that in this session, the captain’s calls and each player’s individual performance played a huge role.

— Would you like to add anything for the community?

Kijrop: You need to work more with your team and listen to other players’ opinions, even if they seem wrong. Remember, there’s always a way out of any situation.
