– How did you get together as a team and decide to participate in the BIGPLAY tournaments?

BOGEMA: I decided to form my own team of good friends and try myself in the BIGPLAY tournaments. I first heard about the platform back in 2023 when I came across a repost—I don’t even remember from whom. That’s when the registration for BIGDRAFT was announced.

LEXSWAGA: I’ve been playing with BOGEMA77 for a long time, and it just so happened that they were missing one player, so I jumped right in.

– What influenced the choice of your team’s name?

BOGEMA: We are fans of FC Barcelona, so we decided to take that name. But some admins didn’t like it—apparently, they support Real Madrid.

– Is there a difference between the BPL tournament and others you’ve played in?

BOGEMA: Yes, there are several differences:

• Adequate and fair administration — that’s the first thing that stands out.
• A platform rating system.
• Convenient registration.
• Nice design of posts about teams and players.
• Final streams at the highest level — with the best commentators from the community.

– Is there a player whose gameplay impresses you the most?

BOGEMA: For me, Flip is a very strong fragger who worked hard to play at this level. But I like his shooting from the passenger seat the most. Watch his demos — you’ll see for yourself.

LEXSWAGA: That’s a tough question. I can’t name anyone right away, but I’d probably go with 4YDO.

– Do you practice before tournaments or just play for fun?

BOGEMA: Yes, we practice before tournaments. Sometimes individually — in the training range. Otherwise, we scrim in WoW either among ourselves or against other teams in a 4v4 format.

– Do you have someone in the team who makes the most mistakes and then explains them away?

BOGEMA: Everyone makes mistakes — there are no players who never mess up. But everyone reacts normally to their missteps: they just watch their demos and analyze their mistakes.

LEXSWAGA: Well, not exactly. Monday is always pushing through with character, but sometimes he gets caught and knocked.

– Is it difficult to play against pro teams at BPL?

LEXSWAGA: As they say, there’s always a Chinese player who can do it better. The competition is tough, but if the captain and team are smart, you can still compete on a good level.

BOGEMA: Honestly, it’s not difficult if you do everything right. There were times when we lost our game because of our own mistakes. But when we stuck to our style, we made it to the closed finals of BPL — and we’re happy about that.

– Based on previous tournaments, which team would you like to beat on points the most?

LEXSWAGA: I think every team wants to see themselves in first place, maybe in second or third. But that doesn’t matter if you don’t enjoy the game and only get negativity from it.
